User interviews were conducted, which were then turned into empathy maps to better understand the target user and their needs. It was discovered that many target users use video streaming websites on a daily basis for a myriad of reasons. However many sites come with errors that are usually out of the users control and takes up alot of time. This caused a normallyenjoyable experience to become challenging for them, defeating the purpose of relaxation.
